Our Programs

a sanctuary for us

Our programs are rooted in meditation, movement, and community care, carrying forward the wisdom of African, Asian, and Indigenous traditions. We not only honor these lineages—we remember the sacrifices, respect the cultures, and are deeply grateful for the teachings that continue to guide our healing.

In a time when meditation, yoga, and other healing traditions have often been diluted, commodified, and separated from their original contexts, we remain committed to respecting their roots.

Created by and for the Black community of Inglewood, South Los Angeles (and beyond), our programs offer classes, tools, and opportunities for individual healing, collective liberation, and the centering of Black joy.

Designed with flexibility in mind, our programs fit into your life—whether you’re joining before work, after school, or between responsibilities.

These programs are for you, by you

—and they belong to all of us.
